Robert Jacobs is Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, in Bloomington.� With over 30 years of consulting and academic exerience, he is the author of popular textbooks, has published in the top journals, and taught at all level at the university.� He is the past president of the Decision Sciences Institute, and has served on the board of directors of APICS - The Association for Operations Management.

Book is great just a little disappointed it did not come with an access code which I had to go out an buy separately on the McGraw-Hill website. Book was in great condition.

good book for operations review

Overall, a good book with relevent content. It uses good examples and covers up to date practices. The book is organized in a manner that makes sense for learning concepts.
