An okay book. For those not well-read on subjects like these, you'll pretty much be lost on what to do with this without guidance from a more experienced friend (or the Internet). I guess my issue is more with the title than the content. I think this book might have been better off titled something like 'Demon Summoning References' or just 'Demons.' It just lists out demon names and natures, but simply states to use your preferred method of summoning, which you'll be lost on if you don't know anything about it. Only recommend if you know what you're doing, or if you have reliable instructions to go with it.

Chris Jarvis is an education officer at the Oxford Museum of Natural History. He also writes and draws cartoons based on natural history, and he has acted as a consultant on various children's science books and appeared on British televisions' science quiz show How on Earth? He lives in Oxford.
